Valerie Thompson's primary responsibilities involve working statewide with the Department of Corrections to determine parole risk and behavioral health treatment recommendations for inmates. When not traveling, Valerie is conducting interviews of disability applicants and reporting behavioral health findings.

Valerie started receiving her clinical and forensic psychology supervision from Clayman & Associates in 2005. She received her master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Marshall University in 2004.
