Geriatric Evaluations

Experience, professionalism and reliability are common characteristics of a mature workforce. These attributes make it difficult to determine corrective actions when the senior employee begins to make unsound decisions or forgets important business information. Since older adults are often in key positions or even owner/operators, possible cognitive function impairments increase the potential for business mistakes.

Determining the natural affects of aging or the progressive rate of a disease process is the purpose for All-Inclusive Geriatric Evaluations (AGE). Psychological testing remains the most effective method for determining the effects of age-related cognitive decline. Our testing battery and personal interview meet all guidelines established by the American Psychological Association, with regard to evaluating older adults.

Call us to discuss your senior workforce problems, including employment laws and whether AGE is appropriate for your needs.
