Risk Assessment

Why has an employee's performance declined? What is the potential harm that an employee has on co-workers, working environment and future business? Are the employee's problems repairable and how can the company help?
Often, these are the questions you have when dealing with an employee who was once considered an asset but is now a drawback to a company's goal attainment.

When employers call us, we respond with immediate and thorough evaluations of the employee and provide answers within twenty-four hours of completing the assessment. Psychological testing is completed to determine cognitive functioning and behavioral problems including potential exaggerating or malingering behaviors. Test results give the psychologists insight that is used to structure the employee interview. Upon completion of interview, the employer can expect a call from the psychologist, with a verbal report of findings. A formal report is prepared, including results of testing, interview comments and recommendations regarding necessary employer actions, within forty-eight hours.
