Receiving referrals from prosecutors, defenders and judges is a strong indicator of the unbiased evaluations provided by Clayman & Associates. In many instances, all parties have agreed to a single evaluation by Clayman & Associates instead of dual evaluations that represent the perspective of the referral source.

We believe that the most accurate profile of a defendant will be developed by combining the best of clinical and actuarial data.
