Fragile Witness
Rehabilitation

Frequently a case is dependant on a witness that has been emotionally damaged by an act that must be discussed during legal proceedings. Witnesses may also have non-related problems that can be detrimental to their performance on the stand. The suffering exhibited by these individuals is in excess of the normal anxiety generated by participation in the trial.

Dr. Clayman provides the means to cope with stressors and lessen emotional upheaval.  The witness receives assistance with underlying issues while providing positive alternatives for coping and improving communication skills.

Consistent with professional psychological guidelines, this consultation in no way attempts to alter the presentation of the facts of the case. Instead, interventions are designed to strengthen and protect the witness and at the same time ensure the integrity of the testimony is not threatened.
