HOW DO I REFER MYSELF OR A CLIENT?

To make a referral, please call our office at (304) 345-0880, fax it to (304) 345-1112 or email us!

WHO RETAINS YOU?

Some common referral sources include, but are not limited to: 

  • Private Defense Attorneys

  • Court Appointed Attorneys

  • Public Defenders

  • Prosecuting Attorneys

  • Circuit Court Judges

  • Family Court Judges

  • Civil Litigators

  • Private Clients

  • Probation Officers

  • Family Physicians

  • Nursing Homes

  • Neurologists

  • Psychiatrists

  • Child Protective Services

  • Department of Health and Human Services

  • Counsel for Disability and Worker's Compensation Client

HOW ARE FEES PAID?

Since our services are not standardized to meet the requirements for third party payors (insurance) with regard to duration and frequency, we are unable to bill payor sources. We do attempt to assist private parties by making payment arrangements and accepting credit cards. IF A CLIENT CANNOT TRAVEL, WILL YOU?

Yes, we can travel to provide testing, assessment and intervention services when necessary. Specific costs such as travel (mileage or airfare), meals and room are charged to the client, in addition to regular service fees.
